# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 256


In Schedule 1A to the Government of Wales Act 2006, in paragraph 7—
(a) the words following “subject to” become paragraph (a);
(b) at the end insert
“or
(b) an order under Chapter 2 of Part 11 of the Sentencing Code”.
