# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 260


In Schedule 3 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, in paragraph 18(6)(c), after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” insert “ or section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.
