# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 271


In section 55(1) of the Education and Skills Act 2008, in paragraph (b) of the definition of “the relevant sum”, for “section 161A of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44)” substitute “ section 42 of the Sentencing Code ”.
