# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 272


In section 56(7)(b)(ii) of that Act, for “section 137(1) or (1A) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” substitute “ section 380(1) of the Sentencing Code ”.
