# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 273


(1) Section 30 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading omit “England and Wales and”.
(3) In subsection (1), for “in England and Wales, or in Northern Ireland,” substitute “ in Northern Ireland ”.
