# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 280


In section 136 of that Act, in the definition of “prison”, for “section 107(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” substitute “ section 248(1) of the Sentencing Code ”.
