# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 284


In section 23(5)(a) of the Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act 2011, for “section 12(1)(b) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 80 of the Sentencing Code ”.
