# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 287


In section 102(2)(d) of that Act, for “order under section 107(1)(e) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ regulations under section 248(1)(f) of the Sentencing Code ”.
