# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 29


In section 119(2) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, for “section 148 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ Chapter 3 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
