# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 291


In section 10(6)(a) of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015, for “section 12(1)(b) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 80 of the Sentencing Code ”.
