# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 292


In section 44(2) of that Act, at the end insert—
“(e) section 69 of the Sentencing Code (including as it is applied by section 238(6) of the Armed Forces Act 2006), and Schedule 1 to that Code (terrorist connection).”
