# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 298


In section 8(4) of the Stalking Protection Act 2019, for “subsection (1)(b) of section 12 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 80 of the Sentencing Code ”.
