# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 299


In section 8(9) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, for “paragraph 180 of Schedule 7 to the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000” substitute “ paragraph 40 of Schedule 22 to the Sentencing Act 2020 ”.
