  "text": "(1) Schedule 23 to the Coronavirus Act 2020 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2(3)(i), after “section 155 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 385 of the Sentencing Code ”.\n(3) In paragraph 8, in paragraph 2(9) of the Schedule 3A treated as inserted into the Criminal Justice Act 2003, after “section 155 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 385 of the Sentencing Code ”.",
