# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 306


(1) In Schedule 1 to the English language text of that Act, in paragraph 1(8), for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c) section 260 of the Sentencing Code.”
(2) In Schedule 1 to the Welsh language text of that Act, in paragraph 1(8), for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c) adran 260 o'r Cod Dedfrydu.”
