# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 307


(1) In section 70(1)(j)(i) of the English language text of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” insert “ or section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.
(2) In section 70(1)(j)(i) of the Welsh language text of that Act, after “adran 76 o Ddeddf Pwerau Llysoedd Troseddol (Dedfrydu) 2000” insert “neu adran 222 o'r Cod Dedfrydu”.
