# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 311


In section 37(5) of the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016, at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 11 of the Sentencing Code ”.
