# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 312

Extent: E+W

If section 18 of the Management of Offenders (Scotland) Act 2019 does not come into force on or before 1 December 2020, subsection (2)(b) of that section is amended as follows—
(a) in sub-paragraph (i), for “third” substitute “ fourth ”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (iii), after “2000” insert “ or section 250 of that Code ”.
