# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 317


In regulation 5(1) of the Children (Secure Accommodation) Regulations 1991, after “section 90 or 91 of the Powers of the Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert or “ section 250 or 259 of the Sentencing Code ”.
