# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 321


In article 3(b) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands) Order 1997, for “section 37(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” substitute “ section 122(1) of the Sentencing Code ”.
