# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 330


In regulation 31I(3)(c) of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001, after “section 5(1) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997” insert “ or section 360 of the Sentencing Code ”.
