# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 334


In regulation 7(1)(a) of the Guardian's Allowance (General) Regulations 2003, after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000,” insert “ section 222 of the Sentencing Code or ”.
