# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 335


In rule 7 of the Magistrates' Courts (Parenting Orders) Rules 2004, after “section 8 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998” insert “ or section 366 or 369 of the Sentencing Code ”.
