# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 350


In Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Reviews of Sentencing) Order 2006, in paragraph 3A(3), for “section 30 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008” substitute “ section 69 of the Sentencing Code ”.
