# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 351


In article 2(b) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Appeals under Section 74) Order 2006, for “section 74(3) of the Act” substitute “ section 387(2) of the Sentencing Code ”.
