# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 368


In regulation 38C(3)(c) of the Representation of the People (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2008, after “section 5(1) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997” insert “ or section 360 of the Sentencing Code ”.
