# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 371


In Schedule 2 to that Order, in paragraph 8(2), for “section 94 of PCC(S)A 2000” substitute “ section 272(2)(a) of the Sentencing Code, as applied by section 210A of AFA 2006 ”.
