# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 372


In rule 31(3) of the Armed Forces (Service Civilian Court) Rules 2009, for “paragraph 21 of Schedule 8 to the 2003 Act” substitute “ paragraph 23(2) of Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Code ”.
