# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 383


In article 15F(6)(a) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Armed Forces) Order 2009, for “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.
