Paragraph 392 I1

Rule 142 of those Rules is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “paragraph 14 of Schedule 8 to the 2003 Act” substitute “ paragraph 15 of Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Code ”.

In paragraph (4)(b), for “paragraph 14(5) of Schedule 8 to the 2003 Act” substitute “ paragraph 15(3) of Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Code ”.

In paragraph (6), in the opening words and in sub-paragraph (b), for “paragraph 14(5) of Schedule 8 to the 2003 Act” substitute “ paragraph 15(3) of Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Code ”.
