Rule 143 of those Rules is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “paragraph 17 of Schedule 8 to the 2003 Act” substitute “ paragraph 18 of Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Code ”.

In paragraph (3)(a), for “paragraph 17(2) of Schedule 8 to the 2003 Act” substitute “ paragraph 18(7) of Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Code ”.
