# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 400


In article 4 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (Commencement No.13 and Transitory Provision) Order 2009, for “Part 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (c.4)” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Sentencing Code ”.
