# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 401


(1) In regulation 3(9)(d) of the English language text of the Child Minding and Day Care (Disqualification) (Wales) Regulations 2010, after “section 12 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 79 or 80 of the Sentencing Code ”.
(2) In regulation 3(9)(ch) of the Welsh language text of those Regulations, after “adran 12 o Ddeddf Pwerau Llysoedd Troseddol (Dedfrydu) 2000” insert “neu adran 79 neu 80 o'r Cod Dedfrydu”.
