# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 402


In regulation 3(d) of the Visits to Former Looked After Children in Detention (England) Regulations 2010, for “by order under section 107(1)(e) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ by regulations under section 248(1)(f) of the Sentencing Code ”.
