# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 411


In regulation 12(2)(d)(ii) of those Regulations, after “Chapter 2 of Part 5 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000,” insert “ or in section 241 of the Sentencing Code, ”.
