# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 412


In regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Clinical Commissioning Groups—Disapplication of Responsibility) Regulations 2013, in the definition of “secure training centre”, for “under section 100 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (offenders under 18: detention and training orders)” substitute “ within the meaning given by section 233 of the Sentencing Code ”.
