# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 416


In Schedule 4 to those Regulations, in paragraph 5(3)(b)(v), for “section 1 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part 2 of the Sentencing Code ”.
