# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 419


In article 3 of the Criminal Justice (Electronic Monitoring) (Responsible Person) (No. 2) Order 2014, for “section 215(3) of the 2003 Act” substitute “ paragraph 31(2) of Schedule 9 to the Sentencing Code ”.
