# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 420


In article 5 of that Order, for “paragraph 26(5) of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008” substitute “ paragraph 42(2) of Schedule 6 to the Sentencing Code ”.
