# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 423


In regulation 2(3)(a) of the Independent Educational Provision in England (Prohibition on Participation in Management) Regulations 2014, for the words following "a conviction of an offence” substitute “ falling within section 308(3)(a) of the Sentencing Code ”.
