# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 43


In section 11(3) of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (“the MCA 1980”), for “paragraph 8(2)(a) or (b) of Schedule 12 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ paragraph 13(1)(a) or (b) of Schedule 16 to the Sentencing Code ”.
