# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 432


(1) In regulation 2(j)(i) of the English language text of the Homelessness (Intentionality) (Specified Categories) (Wales) Regulations 2015, after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.
(2) In regulation 2(j)(i) of the Welsh language text of those Regulations, after “adran 76 o Ddeddf Pwerau Llysoedd Troseddol (Dedfrydu) 2000” insert “neu adran 222 o'r Cod Dedfrydu”.
