In regulation 14(a) of the English language text of the Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) Regulations 2015, after “section 90 or 91 of the Powers of the Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 250 or 259 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In regulation 14(a) of the Welsh language text of those Regulations, after “adran 90 neu 91 o Ddeddf Pwerau'r Llysoedd Troseddol (Dedfrydu) 2000” insert “neu adran 250 neu 259 o'r Cod Dedfrydu”.
