# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 435


In article 3 of the Criminal Justice (Electronic Monitoring) (Responsible Person) (No. 2) Order 2016, for “section 215(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ paragraph 31(2) of Schedule 9 to the Sentencing Code ”.
