# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 438


In article 3 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Alcohol Abstinence and Monitoring Requirement) (Prescription of Arrangement for Monitoring) Order 2018, for “section 212A(6) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ paragraph 25(7)(c) of Schedule 9 to the Sentencing Code ”.
