# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 45


In section 17D(2)(b) of the MCA 1980, for “sections 3 and 4 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ sections 14 and 18 of the Sentencing Code ”.
