Paragraph 50 I1

Section 81 of the MCA 1980 is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “section 89 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 227 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In subsection (8), in the definition of “sum adjudged to be paid by a conviction”, for “an order under section 130 of the said Act of 2000 (compensation orders)” substitute “ a compensation order (within the meaning given by section 133 of the Sentencing Code) ”.
