# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 57


In section 125D(3)(f) of the MCA 1980, for “Schedule 1 to the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ Schedule 4 to the Sentencing Code ”.
