# Sentencing Act 2020, Paragraph 62


In section 6(1) of the Imprisonment (Temporary Provisions) Act 1980, for “section 107(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 248(1) of the Sentencing Code ”.
