  "text": "In section 21 of the Copyright Act 1956, for subsection (7C) substitute—\n“(7C) In subsection (7A) of this section “the standard scale”—\n(a) in relation to England and Wales and Northern Ireland, has the meaning given by section 122 of the Sentencing Code;\n(b) in relation to Scotland, has the meaning given by section 225(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995.\nFor the purposes of paragraph (a), section 122 of the Sentencing Code, and regulations under paragraph 5 of Schedule 23 to the Sentencing Act 2020 which alter the sums specified in that section, shall extend to Northern Ireland.”",
